Career
She successfully worked as assistant and set designer at theatres and operas in London and Munich, before she discovered her true passion for styling in the world of magazines and advertising. Designing and styling interiors, sets and events for advertising, hotels, restaurants, shops and companies as well as for individuals.
Education
Birgit started her career in London. She began her studies with a foundation course in Art & Design, then attained a BA (Hons) in Textile and Interior Design at Chelsea College of Art, followed by a Master Degree MA in Scenography at St. Martins College of Art and Design, where she graduated with distinction.
Later, she made her personal love for cooking part of her profession and studied the art of Plant based Cuisine at the renowned Matthew Kenney Culinary Institute in the US and Thailand.
